Yes, if you contact us immediately after making the payment, we can rectify this. If you’ve received a PCN due to entering the wrong VRM then you must appeal the PCN directly with the Parking Authority. We can supply you with an email of the VRM change which you can supply as evidence within your appeal.

If you made a payment by using the app, simply go to transactions, select the transaction you made and select extend parking, you will need to select the time you want to extend your current parking session by.

Unfortunately, no. Due to each site having their own unique tariff prices we can’t change the location of the transaction. Our application/website notifies you of the location you selected at the time of making a payment.
